2 Eversley View - Terms & Prices

• Gas, electric, water TV licencing and a starter pack for the fire are included in the rental price.
• The rental period is for 7 nights at a tariff of £400 based on a maximum of 4 occupants.
• The accommodation is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
• It is requested that guests refrain from smoking.
• A 30% deposit is required when making a booking and cleared funds should be received in advance of the arrival date.  Where guests continue to stay for additional weeks payment must be received at least a week in advance.
