The Victorian spa town of Harrogate is only 13 miles way; try the Turkish Baths or the tranquility of nearby Fountains Abbey . Harlow Carr gardens lie to the west of the town and provide a relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle. We are also situated 20 miles from the historic city of York which that has plenty for everyone - York Minster, Jorvik Centre, York Railway Museum, Nunnington Hall and Beningbrough Hall are among the delights.
