The property is ideally located midway between the city of Leeds (8 miles) and the market town of Wetherby (5 miles), accessed off the A58.
Travelling from the M1 south, exit at Junction 2 and follow the signs for Wetherby on the A58, down Easterley Road, straight on over 2 roundabouts and past the signpost for Scarcroft, turning left opposite the bus shelter into Eversley View.
Take the A1 south/north exit at Wetherby and follow the A58 signs for Leeds, through Collingham, Bardsey and Scarcroft past the Bracken Fox pub on the right, up the hill, past the sign for Wike and take a right opposite the bus shelter after the turning on the left for Enpower.
