Ideal for renting if you are working in the area or visiting family and prefer the comforts of your own home instead of a hotel.

The house was once part of a farm estate and has gardens to the front and rear with a patio area ideal for having a BBQ or just some fresh air! Situated down a private road we have visiting wildlife such as squirrels, rabbits, owls and pheasants.

The house comfortably sleeps four, has two joining single rooms and a double room with king size pine bed. The upstairs bathroom also has a shower over the bath. We provide bedding and towels and take care of the utility bills.  The gas central heating is checked annually by a CORGI registered plumber.  Broadband is also available.

Downstairs you will find an open plan sitting room with solid fuel fire ideal for those chilly nights, TV, top box and DVD player.  The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.  The dining area with utility includes a washer dryer and stereo.

There is private parking at the front of the property for 2 cars; the bus stop is also on the opposite side of the road with a regular bus service to Leeds and Wetherby.
